Wilson Sons Ultratug Offshore fixes PSV trio to Petrobras

Brazil’s Wilson Sons Ultratug Offshore, a joint venture between Wilson Sons and Petronect, has won a series of contract for its platform supply vessels.

Gaivota has been awarded a two-year contract, with a two-year option, providing support services to platforms and for oil spill recover starting May 2018.

The company was also awarded three-year contracts, with a two-year option, for Mandrião and Pardela,to provide support services for shallow water diving from April 2018.

Commercial details of the contracts were not disclosed.

Grant Rowles

Grant spent nine years at Informa Group based in London, Sydney, Hong Kong and Singapore. He gained strong management experience in publishing, conferences and awards schemes in the shipping and legal areas, working on a number of titles including Lloyd's List. In 2009 Grant joined Seatrade responsible for the commercial development of Seatrade’s Asia products. In 2012, with Sam Chambers, he co-founded Asia Shipping Media.
