Wisdom takes Namura handies

Ordering counter cyclically Taiwan’s Wisdom Marine is back in Japan for a pair of 34,000 dwt bulkers at Namura Shipbuilding. The ships are priced at $22m each and will deliver in the second half of next year, remarkably early delivery slots for a Japanese yard.

Wisdom is one of very few listed dry bulk players to remain in the black in recent years. Its quickly expanding fleet now stands at 107 ships plus 27 on order.
