Shanghai: Xiamen International Port Co has announced that its subsidiary Xiamen Port Development Co is to invest RMB423m to build a highway that connects operating and berthing areas in Gulei Port Development Zone, according to an agreement it signed with China Communication Construction Company (CCCC) Third Harbor Engineering Co.
