Dubai: Yanbu Aramco Sinopec Refining, a joint venture between Saudi Aramco and China Petrochemical Corporation (Sinopec), will start fuel exports in December, Reuters has reported.
The refinery started trial operations in September and the first shipment will be off-specification high sulphur gasoil.
Sinopec will target Europe and East Africa for diesel shipments from the refinery with the first clean diesel cargo due in the first quarter of next year. [03/11/14]
