Yangzijiang Shipbuilding adds another six vessels to its orderbook

China’s Yangzijiang Shipbuilding says it has added six new orders worth a total of $133m to its orderbook in the second quarter of 2017, adding to 13 vessels added in the first quarter.

Three 1,800 teu containerships have been added from the exercising of options, while three 82,000 dwt bulkers have been added in the form of new orders.

The new vessels are all scheduled for delivery from 2018 through to 2020.
