Zhenhua inks jackup pair
Shanghai: The Chinese port machinery company, Zhenhua Heavy Industry, has inked contracts with Lovanda Offshore and Lovansing Offshore to build two F&G JU-2000E jack up drilling platforms. The total contract value is around $400m.
The two drilling units are able to work in the North Sea region, and are due for delivery between 2016 and 2017. The clients also have a six-month consideration period for another two options of the same type of products, Zhenhua said in a statement. [17/02/14]
