Shanghai: Bulk operator Zhongchang Marine has announced the resignation of chairman Xu Hao.
Xu will still remain on the board of directors of the company, which is expecting to elect a new chairman soon.
Zhongchang Marine provides shipping services of dry bulk goods, and is also involved in the dredging business. The company is undergoing some restructuring at present following significant losses. [10/10/14]
