Zhonggu Shipping orders feeder boxship at Changhong International

Shanghai Zhonggu Shipping has signed a shipbuilding contract with Zhoushan Changhong International Shipyard for the construction of a 2,500teu containership.

The vessel will be classified by CCS and will be deployed in the domestic coastal market upon delivery in 2017.

Shanghai Zhonggu Shipping is one of the major domestic containership operators in China, it controls a fleet of more than 60 vessel with total capacity of over 1m dwt.
