Guangzhou: Zhuhai Port Group announced that its wholly owned subsidiary Zhuhai Electric Development Group is planning to acquire 100% equity of Dongdian Maolin Wind Energy Development from all the shareholders of the company for about RMB278.3m.
Zhuhai Port Group said it has seen great potential in the wind power market and the acquisition is expected to bring positive financial results in the next three to five years. [19/09/14]
