Guangzhou: Zhuhai Port Holdings Group announced in its latest board meeting that it plans to merge its two energy subsidiaries, Zhuhai SEZ Electric Development Group and Zhuhai Port Power Energy Limited. After the merger, Zhuhai Port Power Energy Limited will be closed.
Zhuhai Port said the merger will further integrate its business, enhance the efficiency of operation and lower operating cost. [07/03/14]
