ZIM extends relationship with MSC

Fresh from forging a landmark alliance this month with 2M partners Maersk and MSC on routes from Asia to the US east coast, Israeli boxline has now linked up with MSC again, this time on the India Sub-Continent – Mediterranean tradelane.

ZIM, which has never been in an official container alliance, will now join with MSC from the second half of next month for two new services from India to the Mediterranean.

Rani Ben-Yehuda, executive vice president at ZIM, commented: “Our new offering creates an excellent coverage and reliable service between the Indian subcontinent and major East Mediterranean ports, catering to market’s needs.”
