ZIM joins with G6 on transpacific

Cairo: Israeli containerline ZIM is joining the G6 alliance on its Asia to North American West Coast services. The line will start collaborating on the service from the middle of this month.

ZIM first announced the likely joining of this transpacific service last December with Rafael Ben-Ari, ZIM VP Shipping, saying: “Joint ventures are part of ZIM’s ongoing strategy.”

In March ZIM announced that it will cooperate with G6 on the restructured Asia to East Coast services network.  [09/05/14]
