Responsibilities Conduct day-to-day chartering related activities. Negotiation of Charter Party terms and requirements Source for optimal shipping solution for the cargo & vessels, monitor market freight rates movement, provide regular evaluation, and market analysis. Key contributor for the P/L or the organisation. Requirements: Degree in Maritime or related disciplines. Minimum 3– 5 years of experience in a similar capacity role. Understanding of international maritime regulations and commercial shipping practices. Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market trends and risks effectively. Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to make informed decisions under uncertainty.
