Cargo Case Handler – Kent

We have an exciting opportunity for two Case Handlers to join a leading marine insurance provider at their Sidcup office. The ideal candidates for this role should have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in effectively managing claims from beginning through to settlement.

As a Case Handler, your responsibilities will include overseeing cargo claims and all associated insurance claims, conducting a variety of loss-adjusting tasks, probing potential fraudulent claims, and establishing and nurturing strong connections with clients. For senior case handlers, this role may also include guiding and mentoring case assistants and some travel.
