Responsibilities Achieve profitability by negotiating & fixing dry bulk cargo (through the spot market / COA negotiation). Propose & implement changes to the way to increase and optimize overall results, including but not limited to spot / COA negotiations, cargo allocation, and vessel scheduling. Lead precise & regular communication with different stakeholders (charterer, broker, related other parties internally and externally) for smooth operation. Record/ update the database of the company and team. Requirements Diploma or degree in business, maritime/logistic, or supply chain-related studies Detail and result-oriented, proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and collaboratively. Willing to work in a multi-cultural environment and a fast-paced environment. Good communication and negotiation skills. Exceptional interpersonal skills and good attitude.
