Description
Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage and handle the processing of insurance claims for different Marine insurances, including Hull & Machinery, Crew, and Protection & Indemnity classes.

Coordinate and facilitate communication between clients and insurers, as well as their respective correspondents such as surveyors and claims adjusters.

Engage in negotiations with underwriters to ensure that clients receive fair and appropriate payment for their claims.

Collect and compile documents and information related to claims from various parties involved.
Requirements:

Possess a diploma or higher qualification.

Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in processing claims within the Insurance Industry.
