We are supporting a leading UK-based provider of offshore small vessel services in seeking an experienced Engineering Manager with a strong background in fleet engineering and management. This role requires technical proficiency and administrative expertise to oversee fleet operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise fleet engineering operations.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and develop engineering teams.
• Manage scheduling, and compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with departments for seamless operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in fleet engineering management, preferably in offshore or maritime industries.
