As part of their continued growth, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fleet Manager with a strong background in tanker operations to lead and optimise their maritime operations.

As a Fleet Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and enhancing the technical management and efficiency of your designated fleet, with a specific emphasis on tanker vessels. You will be responsible for managing a fleet of vessels, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and implementing strategic initiatives to improve overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimise the performance of the fleet, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely.
- Oversee the planning and execution of tanker vessel maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce operational costs, and enhance overall tanker fleet performance.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including crew members, suppliers, and regulatory authorities, to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in the context of tanker operations.
- Utilise data analytics and reporting tools to track and analyse key performance indicators for tanker operations, making data-driven decisions to improve fleet efficiency.
- Foster a culture of safety, environmental responsibility, and continuous improvement within the tanker fleet team.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the fleet management team.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in a Fleet Managers role, with a specific emphasis on managing tanker vessels with previous extensive experience as Technical Superintendent.
- In-depth knowledge of maritime regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices related to tanker operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make informed decisions based on data.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with maritime technology, navigation systems, and tanker vessel maintenance practices.
