General Manager, Human Resource, Singapore (3447)

This leading organisation is looking for a GM, HR with extensive leadership experience for their established Global team in Singapore and their regional team.

In this role, you will be in charge of driving the HR strategy and supporting the HOD to contribute to the talent strategy and managing the Talent Acquisition, Performance Management/Talent Management and Learning & Development teams.  You will provide leadership, global governance and capability development to the regional teams, talent guidance to the managers focusing on Talent Management, Workforce Planning, Leadership Development and Succession Planning.  In addition, you will review the existing performance management process/system and compensation framework as well as leading GHR projects and special projects with respective teams.

To be suitable for this role, you should have a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or HRM with at least 15 years of HR experience both in strategic and operational HR across all HR functions and working at Regional or Global HQ.  You should possess a good leadership and change management skills, meticulous with an eye for details and strong ability in influencing and communicating with all stakeholders.
