Head of Project Management

Faststream Recruitment has partnered with a Shipbuilder to identify, attract and engage an experienced Head of Project Manager.

Our client provides offshore support vessels and integrated services to the oil and gas industry.

• Develop and execute project development strategies to ensure timely delivery of projects for ship repair, conversion, and newbuild
• Provide technical guidance and project management stewardship to the team throughout the project life cycle to achieve the Company’s development strategy.
• Oversee the project execution schedules and plans based on each phase of the project requirements to ensure timely delivery of projects within the allocated budget.
• Direct and plan effective use of resources of manpower, material, and equipment for the project teams to meet the targets according to contractual requirements.
• Prepare regular progress reports and project status updates for senior management, highlighting key milestones, issues, and resolutions.
• Work closely with commercial and legal teams to protect yard contractual rights.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, specifications, regulatory, company, quality, environment, occupational health and safety standards and procedures.
• Liaise and coordinate with regulatory bodies, clients, consultants, contractors, and internally within the company to Project needs within commercial controls.
