Hotel Superintendent

As a Hotel Superintendent, you will oversee and manage all hotel operations on our cruise ships. You will collaborate with various departments, including guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage, and entertainment, to maintain the highest standards of service quality. Your attention to detail, exceptional leadership skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be crucial for success in this role.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages would be an advantage.
• Flexibility to travel and work on board cruise ships for extended periods.
• Valid work permit for Germany.
