HR Manager – Middle East

Our client seeking a skilled and experienced HR Manager to play a key role in aligning HR services with the company’s mission and objectives.

The role involves advising leadership on strategy execution, change management, talent, and performance. This includes identifying and developing crucial talent capabilities, collaborating with management to enhance relationships and guide HR policy implementation.

You will be analysing organisational changes as well as fostering a business partnership mindset, applying Business Acumen to align HR initiatives with business goals, and assisting in the development and delivery of integrated HR solutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related field.

Certification from an accredited institution is a plus.

Experience:

6-8 years of relevant experience in a similar position, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.
