We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced HSEQ Manager to join a dynamic team in Norway. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) management for our gas fleet operations. This is a pivotal role that requires a deep understanding of safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and risk management within the tanker industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain HSEQ management systems to ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Provide guidance and support to operational teams to promote a culture of safety, quality, and environmental responsibility.
- Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to established procedures.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities, classification societies, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance and address any regulatory issues.
- Lead HSEQ training programs for employees at all levels to promote awareness and understanding of HSEQ requirements and best practices.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety) preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the tanker industry in a relevant HSEQ role, preferably within gas fleet operations.
- Strong knowledge of international regulations and standards related to HSEQ management in the maritime industry.
- Experience in conducting audits and managing regulatory compliance processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English.
- Right to work in Norway.
