IT Application Analyst, Mumbai (3457)

Our client, a Ship Management Company is looking for an IT Application Analyst to join their team in Mumbai.

This role will be in charge of providing application support for assigned applications. This position will track issues, investigate problems and determine resolutions/or capture enough detail to escalate when required. Responsibilities include system troubleshooting and problem solving, supporting upgrades and enhancements, execution of application maintenance procedures, testing, change management and documentation as well as working with business users and application developers to identify bugs, recommend and implement enhancements.

To be suitable for this role, you should have a Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or similar field with minimum of two years’ experience in an IT role with a Ship Management Company. You should possess a strong knowledge of systems analysis and system development life cycle theory emphasizing project management and strong verbal and written communication skills.
