Manager

Faststream is currently recruiting for a Manager to join a successful, global shipping company in Germany.

This role will be to oversee the commercial team head up both existing business expansions and build close relationships with customers. Strong problem-solving skills will be required as well as customer management, market intelligence, leadership & development and team management. You will need to have a strong market overview in order to forecast and strategise future approaches and future business growth areas. Strong previous experience at a senior level in a commercial role covering account management and direct customer contact within shipping will be required for this role.

Fluent, business-level German will be required for this role.

You will be joining a successful shipping company with a strong name in the market. With a close-knit team in Germany, this will be a key role to impact and further develop business in the region.
