Description
- Formulate and execute strategies to fortify company culture in line with organizational values and objectives.
- Develop and advocate programs aimed at augmenting employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention.
- Assess and evaluate cultural initiatives, pinpointing areas for enhancement and implementing necessary adjustments.
- Spearhead and facilitate change management endeavors to ensure seamless transitions during organizational shifts and transformations.
- Develop comprehensive change management plans encompassing communication strategies, training initiatives, and stakeholder engagement efforts.
- Identify and address anticipated risks and obstacles associated with change initiatives.
- Devise and implement programs to elevate overall employee engagement and well-being.
- Conduct surveys and analyze feedback to gauge employee engagement levels and identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Collaborate with departmental managers to craft and execute action plans geared towards enhancing employee engagement.
- Create and implement strategies to nurture diversity and inclusion across the organization.
- Establish policies and initiatives fostering a respectful and inclusive work environment.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 10 – 12 years of relevant experience in human resources.
- Thorough understanding of HR principles, practices, and strong business acumen.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Social Science, or equivalent.
