Manager, Logistics Operations

Faststream Recruitment has partnered with a company that specialises in the manufacturing of precision machinery and equipment for marine use to identify, attract and engage an experienced Logistics Manager.

The primary responsibilities for this position will be to (but not limited to):

Managing staffing, development, and performance management programs for operations staff; managing, motivating, and developing management teams.

Overseeing operations activities, ensuring that safety, schedules and performance requirements are met and system resources are used effectively.

Monitoring overall operations performance and implementing production safety, cost, and quality control mechanisms.

Developing, implementing and continuously improving all logistics processes to maximise efficiency and productivity.

Evaluating logistics processes and workflows, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions for process-related concerns.
