  • Job Responsibilities:
    • Oversee, assess, and enhance the Asset Management Operations Management Framework (OMF) to ensure alignment with the company Policies and Standards.
    • Collaborate with the Operations Readiness & Assurance (ORA) Team to establish operational systems and standards for upcoming projects.
    • Monitor OMF activities, encompassing development, production, and maintenance, while staying within specified budget constraints, including oversight of subcontractors and Technical Writers.
    • Support the execution of the business plan and ensure harmonized performance across various business units.
    • Identify, compile, and develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Operations and Maintenance (O&M) reporting.
    • Lead and contribute to the refinement of operational standards and guidelines for the company Assets.
    • Create, refine, and enhance Competency and training modules, as well as the O&M framework, for both onshore and offshore personnel, in accordance with the company HR competency and training requisites.
    • Utilize the (OMF) to establish benchmark programs for supporting Assets and conducting O&M activities.
    • Oversee the implementation of OMF processes across Assets, conducting audits and monitoring performance against program objectives.
    • Educate the company Asset Management personnel, including both direct and indirect staff, on OMF to ensure alignment with the Operations Integrity program.
    • Enhance OMF Operating Standards and Guidelines to ensure assets are managed according to required standards.
    • Contribute to the development of the Competence Assurance Program framework and seek continuous improvement in execution.
    • Oversee OMF-specific Audits to ensure effective performance and operation of Asset Operating Systems and Standards.
    • Integrate industry best practices into the OMF, continuously improving health, safety, environmental procedures, uptime, productivity, and asset integrity while reducing operating costs.
    • Develop and inspire subordinates to achieve department objectives and foster a mindset for breakthrough performances.
    • Fulfill other responsibilities and tasks as assigned by the direct line manager.
    • Evaluate and align procedures and work instructions with the company OMF standards to ensure their currency and efficacy in achieving desired work outcomes.

    Job Requirements:

    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Operations Management roles within FPSO, Oil & Gas Operations, or 5 years in a Management capacity for Management System Framework Development roles/O&M Business systems Management roles.
    • Alternatively, 10 years in FPSO Offshore Operations Management positions (OIM, Production, Maintenance, or Marine Supt) utilizing Management Systems in the Oil & Gas industry, ideally in FPSO/FSO Operations.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or engineering (preferably in Process, Chemical, Mechanical) or equivalent internationally recognized qualification in the Oil & Gas industry (e.g., MBA, DiP).
    • Excellent communication skills.
