Marine Engineer

We are currently seeking a Marine Engineer for a client based in Derry, Northern Ireland.

This role involves overseeing the technical operation of vessels, liaising with clients on technical matters, and providing support during dry docks. The ideal candidate will have a Class 1 Chief Engineer Unlimited COC and relevant experience in either a shore-based or sea-going capacity with dry-dock experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage technical operation of vessels
• Coordinate with clients on technical and operational matters
• Provide technical assistance during dry docks
• Collaborate with QSHE for system implementation

Requirements:

• Class 1 Chief Engineer Unlimited COC (lower tickets considered)
• Relevant experience in a similar role OR looking for the first job ashore
• Commuting distance of the port
• Project management experience preferred
