Marine Manager (Bulk)

1. Implement Company and HSEQ policies on board and ashore.
2. Ensure safe ship operations, emphasizing safety and pollution prevention.
3. Facilitate communication between top management and on-board personnel.
4. Conduct inspections, review documentation, and address safety concerns.
5. Ensure vessel compliance with rules, regulations, and standards.
6. Collaborate with Tech managers on corrective and preventive actions.
7. Oversee safety and competence training for onboard crew.
8. Ensure fleet compliance with standard operating instructions.
9. Conduct ship inspections, accident/incident investigations, and relevant training sessions.

Requirements:

Master Mariner on bulk carriers

5 years of shore experience managing bulk carriers.
