Marine Manager (Gas Fleet)

1. Vessel Compliance & Regulations: Ensure vessels comply with all relevant rules, including ISM code, ISO standards, flag/port state requirements, and industry regulations. Support ships as needed.

2. Cargo Operations & Procedures: Manage cargo operations, procedures, and owner instructions. Monitor weather and guide captains. Review loading/discharging plans and support STS operations. Assist with new projects and vessel takeovers.

3. Technical Operations Support: Provide support on technical matters, maintain statistics, and fulfill additional duties as assigned.

4. Audits, Reviews & Investigations: Participate in audits, reviews, and investigations related to marine and cargo operations. Analyze undesired events and participate in incident investigations.

5. Operation Manuals: Maintain and improve operation manuals for tankers and gas carriers.

6. External Coordination: Support communication with charterers and coordinate with owners, terminals, and vendors on vessel compatibility. Attend relevant meetings and review technical data.

7. Emergency Response Team: Participate in Emergency Response Team meetings when required.

8. Safe & Efficient Vessel Operation: Oversee the safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible operation of vessels (delegated as needed).
