Marine NavCom Service Engineer

Faststream Recruitment has partnered with a client to identify, attract and engage an experienced Navcom Service Engineer.

Our client provides marine support vessels services to the maritime industry.

• Install, troubleshoot, and service various marine navigation and communication systems including MARINE RADAR systems, chart plotters, ECDIS, AIS, VDR, VHF radios, MF/HF SSB, autopilots, maritime IT equipment, and VSAT systems.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks and inspections on installed systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety regulations.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime and ensure the continuous operation of onboard systems.
• Provide technical support and guidance to onboard crew members regarding the operation and maintenance of navigation and communication systems.
