Description
We're looking for a capable Marine Superintendent to oversee vessel compliance, safety, and operations. Responsibilities include managing audits, inspections, and navigational matters, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards, updating documentation, providing crew support and training, and participating in emergency response. You'll also assist with projects as needed.
Requirements:
• Either seagoing experience as a Master (CoC class 1 or 2) or a minimum of 2 years of shore experience in safety, health, and environment management for product or chemical tankers.
• Proficiency in international and local maritime regulations is essential.
• Exceptional leadership, teamwork, management, and communication skills are a must.
• The ability to motivate and inspire teams is highly valued.
