The Role:

As an Offshore Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation and performance of the offshore fleet based in Abu Dhabi. You will work closely with vessel crews, technical teams, and shore-based personnel to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our assets while meeting our clients' expectations and regulatory requirements.

About You:

• Experience or working as an Offshore Technical Superintendent.
• Sea-going experience on offshore vessels in senior engineering rank.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marine operations, preferably in offshore fleet management.
• Strong understanding of international maritime regulations and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
