Operations Executive (LPG)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full cargo and shipping operations for LPG.
• Work closely with traders on all forward shipments.
• Check and update the operations data in the system for analysis and reporting.
• Maintain up-to-date voyage files and Daily position listing of assigned ships.
• Liaising with Charterers/agents/vessels to ensure a swift and safe turnout of cargo operations.
• Handle day-to-day negotiations with agents for agency fees, appoint approved agents, instruct agents, and Ship Masters, and monitor voyage performance.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in vessel cargo operations involving interactions with ports/terminals, agents, cargo inspectors, vetting, chartering, and ship shore compatibility.,
• Being detail-oriented and having an analytical mindset.
• Proficient in both written and verbal English and Mandarin languages, enabling effective communication with counterparties.
• Demonstration of a strong desire and eagerness to acquire new knowledge and skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills, capable of time management, and the ability to adapt and react to dynamic and changing circumstances.
• Should possess strong teamwork skills and be able to effectively collaborate with others.
