Operations Manager

Faststream is currently hiring an Operations Manager to join an expanding offshore company based in Dubai.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be a key feature of an expanding fleet and work within a successful and established team.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead Operations: As the Operations Manager, you’ll oversee critical aspects of the company’s offshore operations. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
• Stakeholder Communication: You’ll have the opportunity to engage with higher-level stakeholders. Your ability to provide clear and concise reports will be crucial.

Qualifications:

• Master Mariner Experience: We’re looking for candidates who have sailed as a Master. Your hands-on experience at sea will be highly valued.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Dynamic Positioning (DP) and Crane operations is a must. Your technical know-how will drive operational excellence.
• Effective Reporting: Demonstrated experience in effectively reporting to higher-level stakeholders is essential. Your communication skills will be put to the test.
