Post Fixture Executive (Oil Tankers)

• Deal with charterers and ship-owners regarding all post-fixture activities to ensure relevant operational information is passed on timely
• Resolve common and complex deliveries, disputes and claims between clients and ship-owners
• Participate in 24/7 coverage arrangements
• Handle loading and discharging procedures and documents
• Assist in ship-chartering issue, i.e. computation for freight, demurrage and laytime
• Report to the Head of Operations on all operational activities
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree holder with 1 – 3 years related working experiences in marine industry
• Possess strong commercial sense, proactive and independent
• Good interpersonal skills
