As a Procurement Contracts Analyst, you'll be at the heart of our procurement team, responsible for managing contracts, analysing market trends, and fostering strong supplier relationships. Your knack for data analysis and contract management will be pivotal in optimising our procurement processes and driving continual improvement.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify procurement needs and facilitate contract development.
• Conduct market research to find the best suppliers and sourcing opportunities.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure favourable terms and conditions.
• Analyse pricing proposals and cost structures to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop presentations to communicate progress and facilitate management buy-in.
• Cultivate strong relationships with strategic suppliers and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in sourcing or procurement are a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and procurement ERP software.
• Strong analytical skills and negotiation experience.
• Contract management experience.
• Familiarity with advanced procurement tools and ERP systems.
