Project Manager

• Direct supervision and management of workers and sub-contractors related to piping related works done at site.
• Set clear direction to lead, drive and motivate the team towards achieving common daily, weekly, and monthly goals
• Contribute operations information and recommendation to strategic plans and reviews
• Prepare and complete action plans, implement production, productivity, quality and customer service standards
• Establish, maintain and enforce safe and healthy work environment protocols for all site works
• Keep daily activity progress record and log any problems that may exist for immediate action
• Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships
• Develop and maintain viable long-term relationship with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of working experience in the marine industry
• At least 4 years of working experience in fabrication/shipyard environment
• Excellent communicator and exemplary leadership quality
• Proven track-record in team management for project execution
• Sound knowledge and qualification in NDT techniques (ASNT, CSWIP, ERS or equivalent)
• Knowledgeable in international Codes & Standards (ASME, AWS, ASTM, API…)
• Knowledge in ISO 90001 and OHSAS 18001 Management System
• Extensive travelling may be required for the position
