Regional Head – Ghana

As Head of the Regional Office, you will lead the West Africa regional team, with agencies in six locations under your supervision.

You will be responsible for overseeing agency performance and driving operational efficiency, working closing with the head office team to maximise line utilization.

Being responsible for the region, you’ll maintain relationships with local partners and identify opportunities for business development in the region to increase market share.

You will be resposible for the region relating to financial and risk management, as well as compliance and corporate governance.

Being a senior leadership position  you will have already held a management level position  and have experience in liner shipping operations.

Knowledge of the West African region would be highly advantageous, as would the ability to communicate in French.
