Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee inquiries and facilitate communication with headquarters.
• Accountable for fulfilling daily sales transactional requirements.
• Ensure accuracy of commercial and technical data.
• Coordinate and accelerate sales processes by collaborating with internal and external parties.
• Review databases for periodic reporting purposes.
• Cultivate and strengthen business relationships with both existing and prospective customers.
• Offer assistance for the sales team’s various projects.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support role.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently under time constraints.
• Strong focus on ensuring data precision and accuracy
• Preferred experience in the Marine/Shipping industry
