Senior HR Manager

We have partnered up with one of the leading maritime companies in the industry to hire a Senior HR person to expand their team. This person will sit in either their Singapore office.

The Senior HR person should expect to:

• manage both strategic and operational HR works among offices regionally and all crewing matters.
• someone who understands HR aspects of both shore-based and ship-based operations.
• refine current HR processes and implement initiatives in change management and restructuring.

The ideal candidate should have the following:

• at least 5 years experience in HR management with a proven success record in building up the HR team of the company.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken)
• strong leadership and management skills
• Great communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Have a valid pass to work in Singapore.
