Senior S&P Shipbroker

Responsibilities

• Find a suitable tonnage on the world shipping market and locate appropriate offers within clients’ required guidelines.
• Search for reliable and professional buyers for the existing ships, offered for sale.
• Negotiate and supervise the deals (from first interest till ship’s delivery to Buyers).
• Inspection of the chosen tonnage.
• Providing clients with correct and full information about the condition of the market, ship prices, offers, and possibilities.
• Valuation of ships.
• Share expert knowledge about ship sale and purchase, as well as commercial, technical, and legal questions of the shipping business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Maritime Studies, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
