Trade Contracts Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for drafting, preparation and issuing of sales & purchase contract terms and conditions.
• Manage contract fulfillment
• Collaborate on contractual amendments and approval with internal departments
• Negotiation of contract terms and conditions
• Uploading of the contracts and tally with trade records

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Business Administration/Shipping/legal related academic qualification
• Min. 2 – 3 years’ experience in similar capacity, preferably in oil & gas industry
• Familiar with Incoterms and contract terms
• Meticulous and good interpersonal skills
