Trade Contracts Specialist

• Responsible for drafting, preparation, and issuing of sales & purchase contract terms and conditions.
• Manage contract fulfillment.
• Collaborate on contractual amendments and approval with internal departments.
• Negotiation of contract terms and conditions.
• Uploading of the contracts and tally with trade records.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Business Administration/Shipping/legal-related academic qualification.
• Min. 2 – 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity, preferably in oil & gas industry.
• Familiar with Incoterms and contract terms.
• Meticulous and good interpersonal skills.
