This role requires to assist and support users, Works to identify and find solutions to product quality and reliability problems and carry out onsite containment actions when required. Carry out repairing, troubleshooting and servicing onboard or shipyard. Ensure that the product support related to areas of the complaints and the warranty system is properly managed with records maintained. Advise customers as required in line with the product manuals and operating procedures.
