Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Managing Director’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Screen and prioritize incoming emails, correspondence, and phone calls.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events, including logistical arrangements and agenda preparation.
- Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining effective communication and relationships.
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making and project management.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed.
Job Qualifications:
- Proven experience (at least 2 years) as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- High degree of discretion and confidentiality.
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
