Eidesvik Offshore signs master charter agreement with Seabed Geosolutions

Norway’s Eidesvik Offshore has entered into a long-term master time charter agreement with Seabed Geosolutions, which ncludes services for seismic source and node-handling vessels.

Under the agreement, Eidesvik has been awarded new contracts by Seabed for the seismic source vessel Vantage and node-handling vessel Subsea Viking. The contracts are in direct continuation of existing contracts, and are for a duration of around three months with further options. The contracts keep the vessels booked through to the fourth quarter of 2019.

Jan Fredrik Meling, president and CEO of Eidesvik Offshore, commented: “We are very pleased with the contract awards, and we look forward to further developing our relationship with Seabed Geosolutions.”
