Borr Drilling files for NYSE listing

Tor Olav Troim’s Borr Drilling has filed an application with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to commence an initial public offering.

The company has been listed on the Oslo Bors since 2017 and it is looking to raise $50m through the IPO on the New York Stock Exchange.

Goldman Sachs and DNB Markets are the joint bookrunners of the IPO.

Borr Drilling currently owns a fleet of 25 jackup rigs and one semi-submersible rig.
