Nasdaq-listed Ultrapetrol has appointed Eduardo Ojea Quintana to the position of chairman of the board, replacing Horacio Reyser who has resigned in order to take a senior position in Argentina’s incoming government.
Ojea Quintana is a current director of Ultrapetrol having joined in December 2012. Previously he served as the president of the board of directors of Transportadora de Gas del Norte and has served as a board member at several other energy companies in South America.
